Call to worship. Our first corporate worship is Monday, October 4th at 7:00pm in the Light and Life Sanctuary. Video highlights of 2010-2011 school year: High school enrollment increased by more than 10%; international program increased by 41%; we now welcome students from 10 different countries on three continents. New classes and programs available (without having to add new staff) include: AP Biology, HS Fitness & Health, HS Cooking & Nutrition, Beginning Band for all Central 4th and 5th graders, ESL English and ESL Study Hall (with fellow HS students as tutors), 2 Foreign Language labs with dedicated WiFi to provide online access to our Spanish curriculum, K-6th Spanish at the West Valley; A Middle School Dinner Theater to add to the current HS Fall Play and Spring Musical; Greatly expanded utilization of the web and technology to enhance Upper EL learning; AC in the Gymnasium for the first time ever (for pennies on the dollar in cost to PC); NAVIANCE: Online access to comprehensive college and career planning for HS and JH students and parents; Football program expanded to include a full JV schedule; More ...
