May 26, 2011 ------------------- Ashli Bear's Senior Address -The first few words are cut out... It begins, "Ever since I was a little girl, my Dad always told me to keep my toolbox clean..." Speaking at her high school graduation has always been a dream for Ashli; when she was chosen to be a speaker, everything had fallen into place. After several revisions and hours rehearsing her speech trying to get it just right, she finally delivered her speech to her fellow classmates, and it came out just as she had hoped. Afterwards, Ashli receives her diploma. She is the fifth person to graduate from this 35th graduating class of MVHS. Not too long after she graduates, her best friend, Connor Leadley, graduates. Best friends since 7th grade, two different last name initials; yet, they are in the same row, the front row, at their graduation and only have two people separating them. HELL YEAH!
