kids can be cruel. this is whats been happening here in downtown tucson, arizona for the past few years. these kids are no more then 12 years old and are from safford middle school. it's getting quite sad, a group of kids ( not a small group) and some parents or adults? ( the red suv ) chased a kid down and watched as he got beat up something awful. this is the 2nd time i have seen parents or adults there go to watch and pick up kids there when they get done fighting. i hope it stops before ...
