I, Olivia, went to Sedona for a vacation and stopped in the small haunted town of Jerome,! This place we are at is now a hotel but use to be a hospital and an insane asylum! Freakky! I had a ghost experience in this hotel!
Took the Yamaha up the back way (short way!) from Horseshoe Dam to Sheep Bridge via the Chalk Mountain road. The catwalk under the spillway is a bonus, and dramatic when the gates are open. Sheep Bridge is a historic structure in use for decades, as it provides a reliable crossing for ranchers moving their flocks to and from summer ranges near Payson. I thought video quality was better than I got while skiing, but the drawback of narrow field of view cams like this is that the camera angle has to be dead on. Gives me a sore neck tipping my head back while watching this. Great place to visit - been there many times - although I'd much rather spend 1/2 hour on a bike than an hour and a half bouncing along in a truck or Jeep from Seven Springs or the Bloody Basin turnoff of I-17.
