We have been told that. We have to arrange our trips when our work allows us too. This year – 2009 we are planning for the month of December. I know it is not near as pretty; but the weather will certainly be better than it is in Alberta!
I live here; take it from me, come during the early/mid spring when all the cactuses and trees bloom. It’s incredible. But any later than that, and it’s way too hot.
